LawFuel – The long-awaited DNA test results to determine the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter are to be revealed tomorrow.
According to reports, attorney Howard K Stern has said he will not ‘stand in Larry Birkhead’s way’ if the results prove Birkhead to be Dannielyn’s father.
Meanwhile, Stern, has hired the aggressive Atlanta lawyer Lin Wood to take action against media companies he says have falsely accused him of causing the death of the former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith.
Lin Wood, who handled the JonBenet Ramsey case and others, confimed that he had been retained by Stern
A statement said Wood was retained after meetings over the weekend in the Bahamas, where Smith and Stern lived as a couple before her death in February.
