A new law firm focused on environmental and litigation law has been established by husband and wife duo Joanna and Geoffrey Beresford, having come respectively from Meredith Connell and Kennedys.

Joanna Beresford has significant experience in resource management and local government law from her days at Meredith Connell.
Her current work includes strategic planning for consenting, designations and infrastructure, and environmental enforcement and compliance.
Geoffrey Beresford is a civil / commercial litigator who focuses on litigation and disputes focused upon claims involving actual or alleged building defects, insurance claims, and regulatory investigations of businesses. He also acts in relation to late or disputed payments and pursues or defends claims for compensation.
