Daniel Trovillion, Andris Inveiss, Nicole Demakis, and Julie Shaw are the senior partners at the new firm. Trovillion, Inveiss and Demakis were partners with another San Diego law firm, while Shaw was most recently with the law firm Hack, Shaw and Hackley.
Headquartered in downtown San Diego with 16 attorneys and offices in Santa Ana and Riverside, the firm’s practice will focus on the representation of employers, carriers and third party administrators in employment litigation. These areas include state workers’ compensation claims, discrimination suits, Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims, Jones Act, serious and willful misconduct allegations, subrogation, civil defense, wrongful termination actions, and various other employment related issues. Sports representation will also be a part of the new partnership’s direction
