Washington, D.C., June 13, 2007 – LAWFUEL – Law Jobs & Legal Newswire -Baker & McKenzie LLP recently announced its annual North American Summer Associate Event will take place in Washington, D.C. at the Ritz Carlton Hotel on June 22-23. More than 70 summer associates from the Firm’s Chicago, Dallas, Houston, New York, San Diego, San Francisco/Palo Alto, Toronto and Washington, DC offices will convene in the nation’s capital to gain further insight into the Firm, receive substantive training and network.
The two-day event will feature presentations by Partners and associates from all of Baker’s North American offices, practices and industry areas, including a presentation by John Conroy, Baker & McKenzie’s Chairman of the Executive Committee, on the Firm’s professional development program – The Development Framework. The event will also feature a session on the Firm’s Pro Bono commitment, as well as activities to promote team building and networking.
