Joining the firm from Troutman Sanders LLP, Mr. Sheehan brings significant expertise in virtually all major federal environmental programs, and federal and state notice-and-comment rulemakings on air, waste and water issues. He has represented a diverse client base in a variety of environmental and business issues including complex litigation, transactional, and regulatory counseling matters.
Mr. Sheehan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in English and his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was Order of the Coif and ranked in the top five percent of his class. He has been distinguished as a Georgia “Rising Star” in Environmental Law by Atlanta Magazine.
