NEW YORK, September 19, 2007 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced today that John W. Weiss has joined the New York office as a shareholder in the Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy Practice. He will focus on representing debtors, official and unofficial committees, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, lessors and lessees of both real and personal property, and other parties in interest in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Weiss also has experience representing defendants in avoidance actions, and professionals with respect to bankruptcy retention and fee related issues.
