Cooley’s London law office continues its expansion since its opening in the city 10 years ago and continues to build its work as a tech law and M&A powerhouse with the recruitment of Jonathan Cohen. Their press release is below –

London – 15 July 2025 – Jonathan Cohen has joined Cooley as a partner in the firm’s London M&A practice. Cohen focuses his practice on the tech sector, advising disruptive high-growth and technology-centred businesses and investors on strategic UK and cross-border transactions.
