Morrison Cohen Launches Interactive Digital Assets Litigation Tracker – a Definitive Industry Resource

Morrison Cohen has launched the next evolution of its digital assets litigation and regulatory tracker. Developed in collaboration with New Territories LLC, a Web3 studio and consultancy founded by Joyce Lai, the new web-based platform transforms the firm’s long-running quarterly PDF report into a dynamic, interactive resource.

The new Digital Assets Litigation Tracker monitors key developments in cryptocurrency and blockchain disputes, including SEC, CFTC, and criminal cases, regulatory proceedings, class actions, private litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and major U.S. regulatory pronouncements.

The tracker is highly searchable – by cases, courts, parties, statutes and more – and allows users to generate PDF reports of search results. It also integrates key primary source documents, summaries and context on the issues and parties involved. The tool is regularly updated to include significant rulings in these matters, enabling the public and the cryptocurrency community to stay informed about emerging case law.

“As clients navigate the rapidly evolving legal and regulatory digital assets landscape, we recognized the importance of building on the quarterly report we’ve issued for years,” said Partner Jason Gottlieb, chair of the Digital Assets and White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement practices. “We are proud to re-launch the industry’s definitive Digital Assets Litigation Tracker, to provide the same wealth of content we’ve been offering since 2017, but in a brand-new, incredibly powerful way.”

The newly launched Digital Assets Litigation Tracker is available here.
