Global law firm Freshfields has announced the promotion of 43 new Partners, effective 1 May 2026, alongside four Partners promoted in recent months.
The newly appointed Partners are drawn from all practice groups and regions worldwide, reflecting the firm’s strategic focus on building a truly global platform for its clients and its continued investment in developing talent at scale across key markets.

They embody the collaboration, trust and collective success that are central to who we are, and bring the expertise needed to navigate a transformative and competitive global landscape.
