Our legal team contributes greatly to achieving TelstraClear’s commercial objectives by providing other business units with advice that is both legally sound and commercially focussed.
You’ll be providing timely and accurate legal support with a commercial contracts and legal compliance focus, whilst being able to manage the dispute resolution/litigation matters that arise.
Being solution focussed, proactively making things happen and being happy dealing with whatever comes at you on any given day will set you apart from the rest. You’re practical and love working within a role that’s varied.
To apply you’ll need to have a minimum of two years legal experience within New Zealand or a similar jurisdiction, covering a broad range of commercial law. Some experience in Telecommunications law would be an advantage but is by no means essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to be assertive where necessary, will mean you’re the person we’re looking for.
