Paul, Weiss Client Airgas to Buy Unit of BOC Group

Paul, Weiss client Airgas, Inc. announced it signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire most of the assets of the U.S. packaged gas business of BOC Group plc in a transaction valued up to $200 million. The Paul, Weiss team advising Airgas includes corporate partner Robert Schumer, and associates Peter Cohen, Neil Goldman and Eric Smith.
