BALTMORE, MD September 5, 2008 (LAWFUEL) – The law firm Ober|Kaler is pleased to announce that principal Ethan J. Blank has been appointed to the Board of Directors of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) of Baltimore. His two-year term became effective on July 9, 2008.
CASA is a nonprofit organization committed to serving abused and neglected children by representing their voices in the Baltimore City court system and advocating for their best interests in the judicial, educational, medical and social service communities.
“I am very excited to be working with CASA to help children. One of the reasons I joined Ober was because of the firm’s commitment to the community, and I am proud to be part of this organization,” said Mr. Blank.
Mr. Blank is a member of Ober|Kaler’s Finance Group, where he represents financial institutions, leasing companies and operators of commercial and business aircraft, railcars and vessels. He is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 1992) and Cornell University (A.B., 1987). He resides in Columbia, Maryland.
