(LAWFUEL) – A 25-year-old Holt man has been arrested and charged with stalking and possession of anabolic steroids.
The man was a staff member of the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and his
arrest was the result of an internal investigation.
He has been suspended from duties as an AFP employee.
The man is due to face ACT Magistrates Court today. He has been charged with two counts of stalking, contrary to section 35 of the ACT Crimes Act 1900 and one count of possessing a controlled substance, namely anabolic steroids, contrary to section 37 of the Poisons and Drugs Act
1978.
