NEW YORK – April 13 2009 – Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Corey N. Martin joins the firm’s Corporate Department as a Partner. Mr. Martin focuses his practice on middle-market corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, fund formation and corporate governance matters. He will practice with the firm’s M&A, private equity and securities teams in New York.
At Loeb & Loeb Mr. Martin will continue to concentrate on representing merchant banking, private equity and venture capital firms, hedge funds and publicly traded companies. Mr. Martin’s clients include multi-national corporations and merchant banking and private equity firms located throughout Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean, as well as U.S. based companies.

Ms. Martin was previously with Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell. He received his J.D and his B.B.A. in finance from Howard University .
