(New York) 8 October 2004 LAWFUEL – Law firm, law, legal, attorney news– Dechert LLP today announced that Bonnie A. Barsamian has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate and Securities Group. Prior to joining Dechert, Bonnie was a partner in the Corporate Finance group at Clifford Chance LLP.
Barsamian, resident in the firm’s New York office, has extensive corporate and securities transactional experience. She represents investment banks and issuers in public and private offerings and advises public and private companies, special committees and financial advisors in M&A transactions.

Barsamian has provided counsel to leading financial institutions on a wide array of capital markets transactions and has extensive deal experience in a broad range of industries, including the REIT, media and entertainment, manufacturing and consumer products sectors.
