Kilpatrick Stockton LLP today announced the addition of three new associates, Daniel P. Ebersole, Jessica R. Harris and Mark D. Tolman to the Firm’s Winston-Salem office. Mr. Daniel Ebersole joins the Intellectual Property Practice Group, where he will focus his practice on patent prosecution in mechanical, computer, and software technologies. He received his B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1999 and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2004. Ms. Jessica Harris joins Kilpatrick Stockton’s Litigation Group. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Belmont University in 2001 and her J.D. in 2004 from Vanderbilt University Law School. During law school, Ms. Harris was a member of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court and was President of the Women Law Students Association. Mr. Mark Tolman joins Kilpatrick Stockton’s Litigation Practice Group. He graduated in 2001 from Weber State University, summa cum laude, with a B. S. in Economics. Mr. Tolman earned his J.D., with honors, in 2004 from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, he was President of the Trial Law Academy, a member of the Broun National Trial Team, and the Holderness Moot Court Bench.
