20 October 2004 LAWFUEL – Law, legal, attorney, law firm newsDLA has advised nominated adviser and broker Altium Capital Limited on the AIM flotation of Israeli technology company Orca Interactive Ltd. The placing by Altium Capital raised £14m for Orca Interactive and is another flotation on the Alternative Investment Market of a foreign registered company. Orca Interactive is considered to be one of the leading middleware providers in the IPTV market.
The DLA team was led by corporate partner Charles Servers, assisted by Simon Dinning and Jeff Langlands (Corporate).
