Drutman has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Corporate and Securities Department in the New York office. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Drutman was counsel at McKee Nelson LLP. Mr. Drutman’s practice focuses on structured finance transactions. He specializes in securitizations and resecuritizations involving mortgage and home equity loans, commercial loans and related collateral types representing both issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements.

Mr. Drutman earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Lead Articles Editor of The Tax Lawyer, and his B.A. in Economics, from Wesleyan University.
