26 May – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Allen & Overy is advising Rexam, the global consumer packaging group and the world’s No 1 beverage can maker, in the sale of its glass business in Barnsley, UK, to Ardagh Glass for a cash consideration of £50m.
