New York, June 30, 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising OJSC Terminal (a subsidiary of Russian lead flag carrier Aeroflot–Russian Airlines) in the tendering, drafting and negotiation of the Design and Build Agreement for the proposed new Terminal 3 at Sheremetyevo International Airport that was signed between Terminal and the wholly-owned Russian subsidiary of Turkish contractor Enka Insaat ve Sanayi Anonim Sirketi JSC. According to the Design and Build Agreement, the terminal is expected to be commissioned in the fall of 2007 and will service approximately 9 million passengers per year. Debevoise has represented OJSC Terminal and Aeroflot on all legal aspects of the project.

Enka Insaat ve Sanayi Anonim Sirketi JSC was established in Istanbul in 1957 and is involved in the construction of roads, buildings, ports and airports, and power stations.
