Williamson’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property, including litigation, licensing and infringement issues. He is experienced in both national and international trademark and patent matters, and has served as a leader in recent efforts for patent and trademark law reform. He has particular strengths in the development and implementation of intellectual property asset management strategies for industries ranging from consumer products and transportation to computer software and nuclear power.
