19 September – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Allen & Overy advised JPMorgan on the successful placement of approximately 4.3 million shares in Adva Optical Networking by JDS Uniphase Corporation, San Jose, USA. The transaction volume amounted to approximately € 25 million. The shares were placed among international institutional investors in the course of an accelerated bookbuilding.
The Allen & Overy team was led by Frankfurt-based partner Dr. Michael Schlitt. He was assisted by Dr. Susanne Schäfer, Dr. Christian Ries and Michael Gottmann. London-based partner Daniel Epstein advised on US law matters together with Dr. Dorothee Fischer-Appelt.
