Prior to this appointment, Ms. Cox served as the Publications Chair for the DRI Employment Law Committee for two years.
Ms. Cox is Counsel on Kilpatrick Stockton’s Labor and Employment Team in the Winston-Salem office. She focuses her practice on employment litigation and employment counseling. Ms. Cox has litigated a wide variety of employment-related disputes in numerous states throughout the country and represented employers in matters pending before government agencies. Her experience includes defending claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful discharge, as well as litigating matters involving non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants.
