SAN DIEGO (March 1, 2011) – Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps LLP, a prominent California law firm with a national reputation, today announced partner Peter H. Klee has joined the firm’s executive committee. In addition, the firm announced changes to the leadership of its Real Estate & Environmental Litigation practice group and a new Partner-In-Charge of its San Francisco office.
Klee, a partner in Luce Forward’s San Diego office, will be the newest member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Well prepared for the three-year-term, he is the founder and former practice group leader of the firm’s Insurance Litigation group. The Insurance Litigation group will now be led by partner Marc J. Feldman, who also works out of the firm’s San Diego office.
Further management changes include partner Roger C. Haerr being named practice leader of Luce Forward’s Real Estate & Environmental Litigation group, with partner Antony D. Nash serving as that group’s assistant practice leader. Partner Amy Giannamore is now the assistant practice leader of the firm’s Real Estate Securities & Finance group, which is currently led by partner Darryl Steinhause. Haerr, Nash, Giannamore and Steinhause all practice out of the firm’s San Diego office.
Additionally, partner Denis F. Shanagher has been named Partner-In-Charge of Luce Forward’s San Francisco office. In this role he will handle internal management and administration tasks, implement firm policies, assess facility, attorney and staff needs, provide mentoring, and oversee professional development. Shanagher will also be instrumental as the firm continues to grow its statewide influence and expand its offerings specifically in the Bay Area.
