Jack Linehan Joins Ober|Kaler’s Health Law Practice

BALTIMORE MD - April 28, 2011 – The law firm Ober|Kaler announced today that John S. "Jack" Linehan has joined the firm’s Health Law practice in the Baltimore office. Mr. Linehan represents health care providers and suppliers of all types in government investigations, white collar defense matters and related litigation, with particular focus on criminal and civil enforcement actions in potential False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Act matters. Before joining Ober|Kaler, he was a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the US Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland and he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Linehan resides in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (JD, 2006) and Williams College (BA, cum laude, 2002).
