He earned his B.A. in Political Science at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1993. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he has taught a course entitled “Mergers & Acquisitions: Law and Practice.” He also serves as a faculty member of the Practising Law Institute, where he regularly lectures on M&A topics.
