LawFuel.com – Alex Reid, the partner of Chantelle Houghton and well known cage fighter was arrested at his home in Essex following a suspicion of causing criminal damage and using violence to enter his home.
Houghton is the former Celebrity Big Brother winner and she and Reid, 37, have a three month old daughter and live in the home in Brentwood, Essex where Reid was arrested.
A police spokesperson told the MailOnline that police were called at 1.30am.
The couple have been known to have troubles, with Reid’s manager recently telling media that Reid would have left Houghton were they not having a child together.
“The fact they decided to have a baby after only two months together was, in my opinion, crazy and irresponsible, but it was Chantelle’s dream,” he said.
