Brian Boardingham’s current practice is focused on reinsurance arbitration and litigation. He has more than 15 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance disputes involving property, casualty and accident and health coverages. Mr. Boardingham received his undergraduate degree from Drew University and his J.D. from Boston University School of law.
Kevin Buckley focuses his practice on insurance and reinsurance coverage issues concerning commercial and government losses in the United States and internationally, complex environmental contamination losses, insurance fraud and product liability. His practice includes mediations, hearings, trials and appeals throughout the United States. Mr. Buckley received his B.A. from St. John’s University, his M.S.B.A. from Boston University and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
Douglas Eisenstein practices in the areas of insurance, reinsurance, toxic torts, product liability, commercial law, liability defense, and complex civil litigation and appeals in various state and federal courts. Mr. Eisenstein received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
