ATLANTA (February 3) – Kilpatrick Stockton LLP announced today that Steve Clay, chair of the firm’s International Arbitration group, has been selected to serve a three-year term as a U.S. representative on the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commission on Arbitration.

The ICC Commission on Arbitration is a forum for pooling ideas on issues relating to international arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. It also participates in selecting representatives for task forces the ICC needs and evaluates the work performed by those task forces.

Steve Clay has trial and appellate experience in a broad range of business litigation matters, including contract and other commercial litigation, joint venture and distribution disputes, and intellectual property issues. Mr. Clay has served as chairman of the Antitrust Section of the State Bar of Georgia. He has been an officer of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section and a member of the Georgia, Pennsylvania and District of Columbia Bar Associations. Mr. Clay has been identified in The Best Lawyers in America® in Business Litigation for more than 10 years, and also is identified in Chambers USA for Business Litigation.
