Jacobs has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate Department. He brings to the firm 18 years of experience as an attorney both in private practice and for various private equity portfolio companies where he served as Chief Legal Officer and in certain other administrative capacities, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. “Stephen’s success in a wide range of high-ranking legal and administrative positions make him especially well suited to serve his clients,” said Paul Pearlman, the firm’s managing partner. “He is a strong addition to our Corporate Department. During his years in private practice he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and structured finance and general corporate matters. Mr. Jacobs earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. He earned his B.A. in philosophy and intellectual history from the University of Pennsylvania.
