Mr. Sowatzka counsels clients on all aspects of environmental permitting, environmental regulatory compliance, environmental issues in business transactions, and environmental litigation.
He was previously associate regional counsel for the U.S. EPA, Region 4. He received his J.D. and M.S. from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vt.; and his B.S. from University of Wisconsin in Green Bay, Wis.
