CHICAGO, June 20, 2006 – LAWFUEL – Press Release Service – Prominent Chicago corporate attorney, Craig C. Bradley, has joined Bell, Boyd & Lloyd’s Corporate practice as a member of the firm. An active participant in the software and biotech start-up communities, Mr. Bradley regularly advises companies on their formation and early stage financing. He has also represented numerous life sciences, communications, and Internet business in connection with their venture capital and private investments, public offerings, and mergers & acquisitions. He joins Bell, Boyd from Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.

Mr. Bradley serves on the boards of the Illinois Information Technology Association (formerly the Chicago Software Association) and iBIO, the Illinois Biotechnology Industry Association. He also co-founded and serves as a member of the board of BioAngels, a not-for-profit group that facilitates investment in Midwest-based startup and early-stage medical and life sciences businesses.

Mr. Bradley received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Elmhurst College and was a cum laude graduate of Indiana University School of Law. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
