Mr. Curtis’ practice is devoted to assisting companies facing significant risk management, organizational and employment challenges. Additionally, he has substantial complex litigation experience, including class-action matters in state and federal courts.

Mr. Curtis practices regularly before federal and state courts, the National Labor Relations Board and all other Department of Labor agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration.
He is a member of the American Law Institute, and is a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Law. He is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources by The Society of Human Resources Management.
Mr. Curtis previously served as the city attorney for Lawton, Okla., and as the district attorney for the Third Judicial District in Oklahoma. He also received the prestigious designation of Senior Trial Lawyer by the Department of the Army following four years of active duty as Chief Trial Counsel for the 101st Airborne Division.
Mr. Curtis earned his Master of Laws degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 1988. He earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law degree in 1972, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1969.
