Among the numerous projects in which Praw participated was the repositioning of the Aliso Viejo Golf Course into a master-planned 227-acre development, which resulted in a new golf club house, a community events center, an aquatic center, and 502 residential units. Praw has been recognized by Real Estate Southern California as one of only two lawyers included in list of the "Top 40 under 40" real estate professionals in California in 2006.
