Costa Mesa, CA, August 10, 2006 LAWFUEL – Law News Network – Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that Steven Otto has joined the firm as of counsel in the firm’s Finance Department and Real Estate Practice Group, based in the Orange County office. Otto’s practice primarily focuses on real estate, particularly the representation of clients in the acquisition, joint venture, development, leasing and sale of commercial, industrial and residential projects.
Otto was a partner at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP in San Diego where he was a member of the Real Estate Practice Group for six years.

Otto also has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the State Bar of California, Real Property Section (2004-2006). He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the George Washington University Law School.
