A team from Hammonds Leeds office has advised the shareholders of Walker Group Limited on the sale of its entire issued share capital to Westvale Leisure Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

Walker Group, which was headed by Mark Lipinski, trades under the name “Walkers” and operates a chain of Bingo clubs across the Midlands and the North of England.
