Based on surveys of more than 15,000 associates at 156 top law firms, the survey includes profiles of more than 150 of the nations’ top law firms compiled for jobseekers, as well as exclusive Vault rankings of the Top 100 Law firms, the Best 20 to Work For, the Best 20 Law Firms for Diversity, and regional, practice area, and quality of life rankings.
For the quality life ranking regarding pro bono, respondents were asked to rate their firm’s commitment to pro bono on a scale from one to ten. Kilpatrick Stockton had the second highest score — 9.514.
The survey recognized Kilpatrick Stockton for its signature programs in collaboration with various nonprofits and corporations such as the Grandparent Adoption Program; a Guardian ad Litem program; Wills on Wheels; and the Landlord Tenant Project. The survey results also commented that “passionate associates and summer associates looking for alternative to corporate fare are invited to apply for fellowships that allow them to spend six months or 10 weeks respectively, at a legal aid or pro bono organization.”
