Atlanta, GA (October 31, 2006) – Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, represented MAGNATRAX Corporation, an Atlanta-based holding company, in the sale of its subsidiary, Jenisys Engineered Products, a manufacturer and distributor of metal construction products and accessories, to Fabral, Inc., an affiliate of Euramax International, Inc. The transaction closed on October 2, 2006. Terms were not disclosed.
