announced today that Charles L. Warner has joined the Firm’s Atlanta office as
Of Counsel in its intellectual property development and protection practice.
Mr. Warner joins the Firm from Troutman Sanders.
Charles L. Warner is an electrical engineer and has served in positions at
Texas Instruments and with the U.S. Air Force Civil Service. He graduated
from Mississippi State University (B.S.E.E.) and earned his masters degree in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida Graduate School. He
received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and is licensed to
practice in Mississippi, Georgia and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office. His areas of focus in patent prosecution include electrical,
electromechanical, software and business method inventions. He also will be
involved with trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, counseling and
other aspects of intellectual property law.
