Attorney adds corporate litigation, transactional expertise to civil litigation firm

DALLAS – The Law Offices of Heygood, Orr, Reyes & Bartolomei, a Texas civil litigation firm, is pleased to announce that Brian Cuban has joined as a partner. Mr. Cuban’s practice will focus on corporate litigation and transactional matters.

Mr. Cuban is a veteran of senior in-house positions, private practice and public sector work, including positions with the City of Dallas, Travelers Insurance, Transport Insurance Company and The Mark Cuban Companies, where he also handled work for the Dallas Mavericks and HDNet.

His expertise includes insurance and employment litigation, professional liability and deceptive trade practices claims. Additionally, he has extensive experience in sports, entertainment and media law.

Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Cuban is active in community service. He is chairman and executive director of the Fallen Patriot Fund, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Dallas Mavericks Foundation. Mr. Cuban earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
