LawFuel.com – Australia trail-blazed the way for listed law firms with the listing six years ago of personal injury law firm Slater & Gordon and is now set to list another law firm, the recently-established Rockwell Olivier.

Rockwell Olivier is owned by the listed company Integrated Legal Holdings and is a newly formed combination of four boutique law firms from Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

The announcement is sure to excite the market given the performance of Slater & Gordon, which showed increased revenues for the first half of this year of 46.5 per cent and strong growth in the United Kingdom where the firm is aggressively expanding.

Total revenues for the first half were $145.7 million and net profit for the period is just under $20 million, an increase of 61 per cent over the same period last year.
