“Over the past few years, Bingham has been building a phenomenal IP team and I’m delighted to join their efforts in California,” Mr. Abrams said. “I am excited to join a firm on the move and know it will be a great fit for my clients.”

In addition to his IP litigation practice, Mr. Abrams handles various pro bono matters and is currently representing two death row inmates in Alabama. Mr. Abrams is also a member of the Stanford University faculty, where he teaches courses on children’s legal issues and the death penalty, and is a faculty undergraduate honors advisor.
