Dallas law firm adds J. Robert Arnett II and Jamil N. Alibhai
DALLAS – LAWFUEL – Press Release Service – The Dallas-based technology boutique of Munck Butrus, P.C., has added two more lawyers to its litigation team.  New shareholders J. Robert
 Arnett II and Jamil N. Alibhai bring broad experience and impressive
 credentials to the firm.

Mr. Arnett has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of civil
 litigation at trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts.  He
 has represented businesses in the hospitality, real estate, construction,
 telecommunications and entertainment industries.  Mr. Arnett also has
 extensive expertise in bankruptcy cases, and provides legal counsel to all
 types of clients, from individuals to publicly-traded Fortune 500T
 companies.
Previously, Mr. Arnett was a founding partner of Dallas-based Arnett
 Gaubert, LLP.  He served as law clerk to the Honorable Martin Pence, Senior
 U.S. District Judge for the District of Hawaii.  Mr. Arnett earned his law
 degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, where
 he was a member of Order of the Coif, and recipient of several American
 Jurisprudence awards.  He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rice University
 in Houston, and is a former Marine Corps officer.
Mr. Alibhai is skilled in all facets of complex commercial litigation and
 appeals in state and federal courts across the country.  He has aided many
 clients in litigation matters involving corporate and partnership disputes,
 as well as matters involving securities, taxes, lending, construction,
 insurance, bankruptcy and intellectual property.
Mr. Alibhai earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University
 School of Law, where he was a William F. Hutchison Merit Scholar and
 graduated as a member of the Order of the Barristers.  He also earned
 American Jurisprudence awards in Evidence and Trial Advocacy.  Mr. Alibhai
 taught Trial Advocacy as an adjunct professor at the SMU law school.  He
 holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the New
 York University College of Arts and Science.  Prior to joining Munck Butrus,
 Mr. Alibhai was a partner of Arnett Gaubert, LLP.
