Digital Video Recorder with an Embedded RTOS

It records video in a digital format to a disk drive, USB flash drive, SD memory card or other memory medium. The DVR uses PATA and SATA connectors for disc connection, RS485 as an I/O connector and 10M/100M Ethernet interface for a network connection. This real-time digital video recorder (DVR), model 9008, deals with both video and audio signals. As for video, it features 25f/ch/s recording rate for 625 lines in PAL mode, CIF and HD1 recording resolution as well as 6 levels of picture recording quality. The DVR supports 8 channels composite video input with 1.0Vp-p75Ω BNC and also supports video input and output in both PAL and NTSC modes. In terms of audio, it has 8 channels audio input and 1 channel audio output using RCA. It also offers a sample ratio of 8ksample/s and employs G.722 audio compression.
