DLA Piper Boosts Italian Corporate Practice

LAWFUEL - The Legal Newswire - Rome - DLA Piper has appointed Annalisa Rossi as a partner in its Corporate practice group in Rome. Annalisa, counsel at Clifford Chance prior to joining DLA Piper, has more than 13 years' corporate, M&A and equity capital markets experience. She acts for Italian and foreign investors on a variety of M&A transactions with particular expertise in privatisations, either through private placements or IPOs. Federico Sutti, Regional Managing Partner of DLA Piper in Italy said: "The Italian practice will benefit from Annalisa's expertise.
