Over his 30-year legal career he has served as lead trial and appellate counsel in many complex technology cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars. He has represented biotechnology, electronics and consumer product companies on patent cases covering pioneering patents in the biotechnology, medical device, optical and electronic hardware, software and mechanical device fields.
