LAWFUEL – Law News Network – The US Attorney in Los Angeles reports that ex-LAPD officer and former FOX 11 reporter Rod Bernsen was indicted today be a federal grand jury in Los Angeles on two counts of abusive sexual contact in relation to an incident that allegedly took place on a cruise ship. Each count carries a maximum possible penalty of two years in federal prison. Bernen, who is represented by Alan Rubin, is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning in the Roybal Federal Building.
