New York – December 29, 2005 – LAWFUEL – Best for law news – Loeb & Loeb LLP announced a major expansion of its Trusts and Estates practice with the addition of partners Lanny A. Oppenheim and C. Michael Spero, associate Jennie E. Mooney, and fiduciary administrators Deanna Lerner, Malka Shafran and Ilene Turk. The group was previously at Salans in New York.
Mr. Spero and Mr. Oppenheim have substantial experience in all aspects of estate
 practice, including estate planning and administration.  Mr. Spero, who was formerly
 chairman of Salans’ trusts and estates group in New York, is a member of the
 American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  Mr. Oppenheim also practices
 in the areas of executive counseling and employment law, representing executives in
 the negotiation of employment and severance agreements.   He is retained by several
 major US companies as principal personal planning advisor to their senior
 management.
