San Francisco –28 April - LAWFUEL - The Law News Network - Jones Day’s San Francisco office continues to expand its litigation capability with the newest arrival, Jason McDonell. Mr. McDonell was previously head of the litigation practice in Pillsbury Winthrop’s Silicon Valley office and was co-leader of the Firm’s Trade Secrets Practice Team. Over his 20-year career, his litigation and arbitration practice has focused on complex commercial cases, including cases involving mergers and acquisitions, software licensing, trade secrets, employee stock options, and corporate finance. Mr. McDonell is the sixth seasoned lawyer to join Jones Day’s San Francisco office in the past 8 months. The firm now has nearly 70 lawyers in the Bay Area (Menlo Park and San Francisco.)
