LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – Chapman Tripp partner, John Strowger and principal, Tim Tubman worked with Fisher Funds on the NZ$103m IPO and listing of Marlin Global, a New Zealand listed company investing in a selection of international growth companies.
Marlin Global is the third investment company listed by Fisher Funds. Chapman Tripp also advised on the earlier IPO’s for Kingfish, which invests in smaller growth New Zealand companies and Barramundi, which invests in similar Australian companies.
